Renting Our Space

We’re thrilled to open our doors for your events! From one-time gatherings to ongoing programs, our spaces are available at flexible hourly or daily rates to fit your needs.

Please note the following:

  • Available Spaces & Rates:

    • Classrooms: $25/hr

    • Rec Room (chairs, tables, projector, kitchen access): $50/hr

    • Soccer Field: $35/hr

  • Flexible Booking:

    • Rent by the hour (minimum 1-hour bookings).

    • Bookings must end on time; overtime billed at the standard rate.

  • Insurance Requirement:

    • Renters must provide proof of $5,000,000 liability insurance, naming HCA as additional insured, submitted at least 7 days before the rental date.

  • Facility Use & Amenities:

    • Rec Room includes chairs, tables, projector, and kitchen area (follow food safety and cleaning protocols).

    • Soccer field requires proper footwear and care.

    • Spaces must be returned to original condition; extra cleaning or damages billed as needed.

    • Storage requests may incur additional fees.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: deposit refunded minus $25 admin fee.

    • Cancellations within 7 days: deposit forfeited.

    • Cancellations by HCA (e.g., emergencies): full refund.

  • Safety & Conduct:

    • All guests must follow HCA rules, including fire, safety, and occupancy limits.

    • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illicit substances are prohibited.

    • HCA may terminate events for non-compliance.
